The Empire Industries Gen 2 Step Pipe Exhaust System featuring a Limited Edition Titanium Cerakote coated muffler delivers both premium performance and a high-end custom finish for the Yamaha YFZ450R and YFZ450X. Designed for fuel-injected models (2009+), this system provides massive horsepower gains across the entire RPM range.

Featuring our signature Step Pipe header design, this exhaust maximizes exhaust velocity and engine efficiency, pulling every bit of horsepower out of your motor. The result is improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and increased top-end power.

Each Empire Industries exhaust system is handcrafted in the USA using mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for strength and durability, paired with a 6061 aluminum octagon muffler finished in Titanium Cerakote for added heat resistance and a premium look. The billet aluminum end caps provide durability and easy serviceability for repacking.

Dyno proven and track tested, this system delivers the performance riders expect from Empire Industries.

Fuel Controller Requirement

A fuel controller is required when installing this exhaust system for proper performance and engine safety.

The optional Dynojet Power Commander 6 (PC6) is available for this system.

Important: Please leave a note at checkout requesting the PC6 to be mapped for a Fuel Customs intake and Empire Industries exhaust to ensure optimal performance.

Spark Arrestor & Quiet Core Compatibility

Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.

• Quiet cores and spark arrestors clip into the standard billet tips
• Helps reduce exhaust sound when using a quiet core insert
• Recommended for riders requiring spark arrestor compliance for trail or public land use

Note: Quiet cores and spark arrestors do not work with the carbon fiber tip.

Carbon Fiber Tip Option: When selecting the optional carbon fiber exhaust tip, these inserts cannot be used.
