BT MOTO ECU TUNER INFORMATION

The included BT Moto handheld tuner allows the motorcycle ECU to be properly calibrated for the increased airflow characteristics of the Empire Industries exhaust system.

1. Customer connects the BT Moto tuner to the motorcycle
2. Customer uploads the stock ECU map to BT Moto
3. Customer completes the BT Moto modification questionnaire
4. BT Moto provides the correct tune for the Empire Industries exhaust system
5. Customer downloads and flashes the updated ECU calibration

Proper ECU tuning is REQUIRED when installing high-flow aftermarket exhaust systems.

IMPORTANT TUNING INFORMATION

Empire Industries exhaust systems flow significantly more air than restrictive factory exhaust systems and require proper fueling calibration for safe operation and maximum performance.

If a dealership updates the motorcycle ECU software in the future, the motorcycle must first be returned to the stock tune before the update is performed. Additional BT Moto retuning fees may apply after dealer ECU updates.
