To get the best performance, throttle response, and reliability from your Empire Industries Exhaust system, we now offer a professional ECU Flash Tuning Service in partnership with EHS Racing.
Our exhaust systems flow significantly more air than most exhausts on the market. Proper ECU tuning is REQUIRED when installing an Empire Industries Exhaust system. Failure to properly tune the ECU will void the exhaust warranty.
How The Process Works
- Purchase the ECU Flash Service
Add the Empire Industries ECU Flash Service to your order.
- Shipping Labels Provided By Empire Industries
We will provide prepaid shipping labels for:
- Shipping your ECU to EHS Racing
- Return shipping directly back to you after tuning is completed
- Receive Your Tuning Form
You will receive a tuning information sheet that acts as your packing slip. This form includes your order information and vehicle details needed for the tune.
- Send In Your ECU
Package your ECU securely, include the completed tuning form, attach the provided shipping label, and send it to EHS Racing.
- Professional ECU Flashing
Your ECU is flashed specifically for your Empire Industries Exhaust setup by EHS Racing.
- ECU Shipped Directly Back To You
Once tuning is completed, EHS Racing will ship your ECU directly back to you using the provided return label.

- Proper ECU tuning is REQUIRED when using an Empire Industries Exhaust system.
- Exhaust warranty is VOID when used without proper ECU tuning.
- Empire Industries provides prepaid inbound and return shipping labels.
- Turnaround time begins once your ECU is received by EHS Racing and their workload.
- IF NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING IS SELECTED, THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO SHIPMENT FROM THE CUSTOMER TO EHS RACING AND FROM EHS RACING BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SHIPPING TIME FROM EMPIRE INDUSTRIES TO THE CUSTOMER.
- LOWER 48 STATES ONLY FOR THIS SERVICE. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES WILL APPLY FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 STATES.
- ECU flashes are tailored specifically for Empire Industries Exhaust applications.
- Additional engine modifications may require additional tuning adjustments.
