The Empire Industries E Series Big 3 Power Package Gen 2 is designed specifically for stock Yamaha YFZ450R engines. This complete performance system combines the Empire Industries E Series Gen 2 performance exhaust, Fuel Customs high-flow intake system, and the industry-leading Vortex X10 ECU to deliver improved throttle response and strong, usable power across the entire RPM range.

The E Series Gen 2 exhaust system is engineered for riders who want excellent rideability while improving overall engine performance. Better pull off the bottom and mid with stronger power in the upper RPM’s than our standard system. With the new 16-inch muffler, it is quieter than the Yoshimura full exhaust while still delivering the performance riders expect from Empire Industries.

Each Empire Industries exhaust system features a durable stainless steel header pipe paired with a lightweight aluminum octagon muffler. Billet aluminum end caps allow for easy service and repacking while maintaining durability and performance.

Fuel Customs Intake System

The Fuel Customs intake dramatically increases airflow into the engine, improving throttle response and helping the engine produce more efficient power. The system includes everything required for installation and is designed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ450R platform.

Vortex X10 ECU

The included Vortex X10 ECU is pre-programmed with performance maps developed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ450R. This ECU optimizes fuel delivery and ignition timing to fully take advantage of the intake and exhaust upgrades.

Spark Arrestor & Quiet Core Compatibility

Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.

• Recommended for riders requiring spark arrestor compliance for trail or public land use

Carbon Fiber Tip Option: When selecting the carbon fiber tip, spark arrestors and quiet cores must be installed during assembly. If installed later, the exhaust tip will need to be disassembled by drilling the rivets.
