The Empire Industries Stainless Step-Pipe Exhaust System is engineered to deliver increased performance, reduced weight, and an aggressive exhaust tone for the Yamaha Ténéré 700.

At the heart of the system is a handcrafted 304 stainless steel step-pipe header, designed to improve exhaust gas velocity and scavenging. This stepped header design increases throttle response, mid-range torque, and top-end horsepower, providing noticeable performance gains over the restrictive factory exhaust.

Fuel Controller Required

Empire Industries exhaust systems are designed to flow significantly more air than the factory exhaust. This increase in airflow creates a lean condition if additional fuel is not added.

A fuel controller or ECU flash is required to correct the air/fuel ratio, prevent excessive heat, and ensure proper engine performance.

Due to the high-flow design of Empire Industries exhaust systems, generic tunes are not sufficient. Proper tuning is required.

Failure to use a fuel controller or ECU flash will void all warranty.

Carbon Fiber Tip Compatibility

If selecting the Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tip, please review the following information before ordering:

• ✔ Quiet Core inserts are NOT compatible with the Carbon Fiber Tip.
• ✔ If you plan to run a Quiet Core or Spark Arrestor, these inserts must be installed prior to shipping.
• ✔ Installing these inserts later will require drilling out the rivets securing the carbon fiber tip to access the muffler core.

To avoid additional installation work, we recommend selecting any desired inserts at the time of purchase.
