The Empire Industries E Series Gen 2 Full Exhaust System is designed specifically for stock Yamaha YFZ450 and YFZ450R engines. This system delivers strong, usable power with improved throttle response and excellent rideability across the entire RPM range.

The E Series Gen 2 exhaust provides better pull off the bottom and mid with stronger power in the upper RPMs than our standard system. Featuring a 16-inch muffler design, it produces a quieter exhaust tone than the Yoshimura full exhaust while still delivering the performance riders expect from Empire Industries.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, this system is built for durability and performance. The lightweight aluminum octagon muffler paired with billet aluminum end caps allows for easy service and repacking.

Fuel Controller / Jetting Required

A fuel controller or proper jetting is required when installing this exhaust system.

This exhaust fits both fuel-injected and carbureted models. Proper tuning is necessary to maintain correct air/fuel ratios, ensure engine safety, and allow the engine to fully benefit from the increased exhaust flow and performance gains.

Spark Arrestor & Quiet Core Compatibility

Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.

• Quiet cores and spark arrestors clip into the standard billet tips
• Helps reduce exhaust sound when using a quiet core insert
• Recommended for riders requiring spark arrestor compliance for trail or public land use

Note: Quiet cores and spark arrestors do not work with the carbon fiber tip.

Carbon Fiber Tip Option: When selecting the optional carbon fiber exhaust tip, these inserts cannot be used.
