The Empire Industries Stainless Exhaust System for the
2025–2026 KTM 690 SMCR, KTM 690 Enduro R, Husqvarna 701 Supermoto, and GasGas SM700
is engineered to deliver improved performance, aggressive sound, and a distinctive custom appearance.

At the heart of the system is a handcrafted 304 stainless steel step-pipe header,
designed to improve exhaust gas velocity and scavenging. This stepped header design increases
throttle response, mid-range torque, and top-end horsepower, delivering noticeable
performance gains over the stock exhaust system.

Constructed from TIG welded 304 stainless steel, this system provides exceptional durability,
corrosion resistance, and long service life. The exhaust is paired with a
6061 aluminum silencer and CNC billet end caps for easy servicing and long-term reliability.

Fuel Controller Required

Empire Industries exhaust systems are designed to flow significantly more air than stock exhausts. This increase in airflow creates a lean condition if additional fuel is not added.

A fuel controller is required to correct the air/fuel ratio, prevent excessive heat, and ensure proper engine performance.

Due to the high-flow design of Empire exhaust systems, generic tunes are not sufficient. Proper tuning is required.

Failure to use a fuel controller will void all warranty.

Carbon Fiber Tip Option – Important Notice

• The Quiet Core with Turn-Down Tip is NOT compatible with the carbon fiber tip
• If using a Spark Arrestor or Quiet Core, they must be installed prior to shipping
• Installing later requires drilling out the rivets securing the carbon fiber tip

To avoid additional installation work, we recommend selecting inserts
when placing your order.
