The Empire Industries Step Pipe Big 3 Power Package Gen 2 delivers maximum performance for the Yamaha YFZ450R. This complete system combines the Empire Industries Gen 2 Step Pipe performance exhaust, Fuel Customs high-flow intake system, and a Dynojet Power Commander 6 (PC6) to unlock significant horsepower gains and improved throttle response.

The Empire Step Pipe exhaust system features our signature Step Pipe header design which increases exhaust velocity and maximizes engine efficiency across the RPM range. The design works exceptionally well with stock motors and is enhanced with built engines, delivering stronger throttle response, increased mid-range torque, and improved top-end horsepower.

Each Empire Industries exhaust system is handcrafted in the USA using mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for strength and durability. The TIG-welded aluminum octagon muffler with billet end caps provides aggressive sound, lightweight construction, and easy serviceability.

Fuel Customs Intake System

The Fuel Customs intake dramatically increases airflow into the engine, improving throttle response and allowing the engine to produce maximum power. The system includes everything required for installation and is designed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ450R platform.

Dynojet Power Commander 6 (PC6)

The included Dynojet Power Commander 6 comes pre-mapped with the correct tuning for this intake and exhaust setup. This allows riders to install the system and immediately benefit from optimized fuel delivery and improved throttle response.

Spark Arrestor & Quiet Core Compatibility

Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.
