Each Empire Industries exhaust system is handcrafted in the USA using mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for strength and durability. The TIG-welded 6061 aluminum octagon silencer with billet aluminum end caps provides lightweight construction, excellent durability, and easy serviceability for repacking.

A fuel controller is required when installing this exhaust system for proper performance and engine safety.
Running this exhaust without proper fuel tuning can result in poor performance and potential engine damage. A fuel controller ensures correct air/fuel ratios and allows the engine to fully benefit from the increased exhaust flow.
Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.
Carbon Fiber Tip Option: When selecting the optional carbon fiber exhaust tip, spark arrestors and quiet cores must be installed during assembly. If installed later, the exhaust tip will need to be disassembled by drilling the rivets.
