The Empire Industries Big 3 Power Package Gen 2 is the ultimate performance upgrade for the 2009+ Yamaha YFZ450R and YFZ450X. This complete system combines the Empire Gen 2 stainless Step Pipe performance exhaust, Fuel Customs high-flow intake system, and the industry-leading Vortex X10 ECU to deliver massive horsepower gains and improved throttle response.

The Empire Gen 2 exhaust features our signature Step Pipe header design, engineered to increase exhaust velocity and maximize horsepower throughout the entire RPM range. When paired with the increased airflow from the Fuel Customs intake and the advanced tuning capability of the Vortex ECU, this package unlocks the full performance potential of the YFZ450 platform.

Each Empire Industries exhaust system is handcrafted in the USA using mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for durability and maximum performance. The TIG-welded aluminum octagon silencer with billet end caps provides aggressive sound while remaining fully serviceable.

Fuel Customs Intake System

The Fuel Customs intake dramatically increases airflow into the engine, improving throttle response and helping the engine produce maximum horsepower. The system includes everything required for installation and is designed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ450R/X platform.

Vortex X10 ECU

The included Vortex X10 ECU is pre-programmed with performance maps developed specifically for the Yamaha YFZ450R/X. This ECU optimizes fuel delivery and ignition timing to fully take advantage of the exhaust and intake upgrades.

Spark Arrestor & Quiet Core Compatibility

Empire quiet cores and spark arrestors clip directly into the standard billet exhaust tips and can be easily installed or removed.

• Recommended for riders requiring spark arrestor compliance for trail or public land use

Carbon Fiber Tip Option: When selecting the carbon fiber tip, spark arrestors and quiet cores must be installed during assembly. If installed later, the exhaust tip will need to be disassembled by drilling the rivets.
