Description

Empire Polished Industries Titanium Exhaust System

KTM 690 SMCR / Enduro R – Husqvarna 701 Supermoto – GasGas SM700 (2019–2024)

Key Benefits

  • Improved Power & Throttle Response – Titanium step-pipe header improves exhaust velocity and performance
  • Lightweight Titanium Construction – Significant weight reduction compared to stainless systems
  • Premium Motorsport Materials – High-grade titanium construction for strength and heat resistance
  • Fully Serviceable Silencer – CNC billet end caps allow easy repacking and maintenance
  • Handcrafted in the USA – Precision-built for performance, quality, and reliability

The Empire Industries Polished Titanium Exhaust System for the KTM 690 SMCR, KTM 690 Enduro R,
Husqvarna 701 Supermoto, and GasGas SM700 (2019–2024) is engineered to deliver
maximum performance, reduced weight, and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

At the heart of the system is a handcrafted titanium step-pipe header,
designed to improve exhaust gas velocity and scavenging. This stepped header design increases
throttle response, mid-range torque, and top-end horsepower, delivering noticeable
performance gains over the stock exhaust system.

Constructed from high-grade titanium, this system provides exceptional
strength, durability, and heat resistance while significantly reducing weight compared to
traditional stainless steel exhaust systems. The exhaust is paired with a
6061 aluminum silencer and CNC billet end caps, allowing easy servicing
and repacking when needed.

Performance Highlights

  • Significant weight reduction compared to stainless systems
  • Improved throttle response
  • Increased mid-range torque
  • Stronger top-end performance
  • Aggressive race-inspired exhaust tone

Fuel Controller Required

Due to the increased exhaust flow of the Empire Industries Step-Pipe Exhaust System,
a fuel controller is required for proper engine performance and safe air-fuel ratios.

We strongly recommend using a Dynojet Power Commander 6, available as an optional
accessory and pre-mapped for this exhaust system.

  • Lean air-fuel conditions
  • Poor throttle response
  • Excess engine heat
  • Reduced engine performance

For best results, install a Power Commander 6 or equivalent fuel controller
when installing this exhaust system.

  • The Quiet Core with Turn-Down Tip is NOT compatible with the carbon fiber tip

To avoid additional installation work, we recommend selecting any desired inserts at the
time of purchase.
