At the heart of the system is a handcrafted 304 stainless steel step-pipe header, designed to improve exhaust gas velocity and scavenging. This stepped header design increases throttle response, mid-range torque, and top-end horsepower, delivering noticeable performance gains over the factory exhaust.

The system is paired with a 6061 aluminum silencer and CNC billet end caps, making servicing and muffler repacking quick and easy while maintaining long-term durability.

Due to the increased exhaust flow of this performance exhaust system, a fuel controller is required to maintain proper air-fuel ratios and engine performance.

Carbon Fiber Tip Compatibility

If selecting the Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tip, please review the following information before ordering:

• Quiet Core inserts are NOT compatible with the Carbon Fiber tip.
• If you plan to run a Quiet Core or Spark Arrestor, these inserts must be installed prior to shipping.
• Installing these inserts later will require drilling out the rivets securing the carbon fiber tip to access the muffler core.

To avoid additional installation work, we recommend selecting any desired inserts at the time of purchase.
